This emerged yesterday after Siele re-tabled a statutory instrument to introduce an amendment to the Trade Disputes Act for that purpose only a few weeks after he was forced to withdraw it on July 6.

The Leader of the Opposition, Botsalo Ntuane, immediately raised a point of order seeking guidance for the House since they had been informed that attorneys representing BOFEPUSU had served the Attorney General (AG) and the Director of Public Service Management (DPSM) with court papers.
