The consultancy for the search of the organisation's CEO is still at a tendering stage and the post is set to be re-advertised this month.
This follows allegations that Rantleru and his secretary general, Chomie Letlole, are said to have opened and short-listed applicants for the post without the board chairperson's consent and in the absence of the executive secretary.
"Much has happened and currently everything is taking a new positive shape and progress is being made," he said, adding that so far he has seen the organisation's report. Ministry officials, he said, have been more cooperative - working as mediators - than before when they were divided.
