BNPC introduces Certified Customer Service

The programme is from the UK-based Service Quality Institute. BNPC is the local agent of the insttute. BNPC Francistown office consultant, Mikki Matenge, said the objective of the seminar was to share stakeholders' competitiveness and productivity.
"The programme is targeted at leaders who want to drive and nurture a service culture, build team work and empowerment and learn how to improve coaching and reinforcement skills," Matenge said. She added that the programme is designed to teach skills and techniques of customer service.
