BNF unleashes Bathobakae on Gaborone in Tlokweng

The Vice President of the Botswana National Front (BNF) Same Bathobakae will take on her former colleague Olebile Gaborone in next year's general elections.

Bathobakae overcame Sekgopi Bogatsu over the weekend in the BNF primaries by 375 to 231 votes. Gaborone will have to face off with Fashion Katse in the BDP primaries to contest the Tlokweng Constituency in 2014. Tlokweng is one of four constituencies, in which the BNF was able to hold primary elections.

Other constituencies are Barolong, Gantsi North and South. Former BNF Executive Secretary James Mathokgwane will face  the Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources Kitso Mokaila in Barolong.
