BNF invites DK to Koma commemoration

Chairman of the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) Daniel 'DK' Kwelagobe has been invited to deliver a speech at a dinner to honour the late doyen of opposition politics, Dr Kenneth Koma.

Arafat Khan, spokesman for the Botswana National Front Youth League (BNFYL) has said they have invited Kwelagobe to the function scheduled for August 28 at the Oasis Motel in Tlokweng. Koma is the founder of BNF.

"Kwelagobe is expected to give a brief speech on the life of the legendary Dr Koma. Tickets are available at the BNF office," Khan said. The guest speaker at the dinner will be Dick Bayford. The event will be attended by the Botswana Congress Party president, Dumelang Shaleshando, Botswana Movement for Democracy president Gomolemo Motswaledi and BNF president Duma Boko.
