BNF gears up for primaries

The Botswana National Front (BNF) has started preparing for primary elections in the build up to the 2019 general elections.

Although no certain dates have been set, a letter from the party secretary general, Moeti Mohwasa to the constituencies and regions states that primaries will be held in the last quarter of 2017 and first quarter of 2018.

“You are advised that ward, constituency and regional committees should be put in place immediately. They should elect sub-committees (which include) elections committee, elections appeals committee, disciplinary committee.
