Bluetown woman ‘murderer’ granted bail

FRANCISTOWN: A 51-year-old woman, who allegedly murdered her boyfriend in his sleep in Bluetown in March, has finally won her freedom back at least temporarily after she was released on bail on Thursday.

The accused, Lillian Moakole, allegedly murdered Donald Matlhare, 47, of Tonota village following a misunderstanding.

Magistrate Game Mooketsi granted Moakole bail on conditions that she pays P2,000, bring two sureties who shall each pay P1,000, report herself once every month at the Tatitown Police Station.
