Last week the chief executive officer of Botswana Building Society (BBS), Pius Molefe hit back at Botswana Insurance Fund Management's (BIFM) Fund's Rhys Carr in the build-up to the court case between the two institutions over the latter's interest in the former.

In an affidavit submitted to the High Court last week, Molefe argues that BIFM Fund and BBS had divergent visions and interests.
