BHC 'satisfied' with response to sale

The Public Relations Officer of Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC), Tefo Kebabope, has described the response of the public to the parastatal's sale of flats at its Block 7 complex in Gaborone as "satisfactory".

Responding to a Mmegi questionnaire, Kebabope says out of the three lots that the complex has been divided into, a number of flats in two have already been bought. 

One lot has 282 flats, another 114, while the last lot to be delivered has 324 flats. "From the 114 project, 10 units have been sold and 101 units have been offered for sale while three units are available" Kebabope says.
