BFTU celebrates May Day

The Botswana Federation of Trade Unions will hold marches, motorcades, debates and lectures on May Day.

The main event will be held in Gaborone at Tsholofelo Community Hall on the 1st of May where Judge Key Dingake and the Minister of Labour and Home Affairs, Peter Siele will address the workers.

This year's commemorations will be held under the theme 'Fair Trade and Respect for Trade Union Rights - Critical Imperatives for Decent Work and a Decent Life'.
