BDP turns Palapye red

PALAPYE: The weekend battle for the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) ticket has forced the four candidates in the party's 'Bulela Ditswe' primaries to literally camp in town. There are all signs on the ground that the four - two women and two men - will not leave anything to chance as their campaign teams criss-cross the wet streets of Palapye canvassing for support.

It has been raining incessantly in Palapye but it does not seem that the heavy downpours dampened the spirits of the campaign teams in any way.

The four are Moiseraele 'Master' Goya, Isaac Maforaga, Ogone Mogano and Prof. Sheila Tlou.
