BDP queries outcome expected this week

The Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) has confirmed that it is considering appeals by three parliamentary candidates following its recent primary elections.

Mahalapye and Shoshong regional chairman, Moses Ntwayagae, yesterday confirmed that Shoshong MP, Duke Lefhoko, who recently lost to Phillip Makgalemele by less than 40 votes, has filed an appeal with the regional committee, calling for a re-run.
