BDP Candidate Condemns Tribalism

HUKUNTSI: The Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) candidate for Kgalagadi North, Victor Motobake has said he should not be voted back to Parliament because of tribalism.

Addressing a BDP star rally in Hukuntsi recently, Motobake said tribalism is a scourge that has shattered many African nations.

"If I say, vote for me because I am from Hukuntsi then I will be talking tribalism," he said.He asserted that he should be elected because of his capability and not because he is from a specific village.
