BDP boss wins P3 million Vision 2016 tender

Native Impressions, a company owned by the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) Secretary General, Mpho Balopi, has won a P3 million tender to implement the Vision 2016 communication strategy, Mmegi is informed.

A source close to the deal said Native Impressions won a tender for the job after beating other competitors and will carry out the strategy for the financial year 2011/2012.

The decision to outsource the communication strategy, which has been themed "Living the Vision - Yame le Wena," is said to have been made by the Vision 2016 Council after realising that the lean-staffed secretariat would need a communications service provider to drive the communication strategy as 2016 approaches.
