BDP acquires campaign vehicles

The ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) has once again acquired 57 new vehicles to be used in the campaigns for this year's general elections. BDP executive secretary, Dr Comma Serema said on Tuesday that the vehicles will be available by March 28. The vehicles will be fitted with public address systems.

Former President Festus Mogae once said they use Dada to acquire the vehicles due to his connections with car suppliers overseas. He said the businessman can get the cars for the party at reasonable prices.
