This came after prosecutor Keneilwe Lephalo of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) and defence attorney Sikhumbuzo Masuku made their final submissions yesterday.

According to the charge sheet, on count one, Tiisetso Kgankgetsile, 31, a former BDF soldier, is charged with shooting and killing Mooketsi Radinonyane on July 4, 2006 in Palapye. On the second and third counts, the accused is charged with attempted murder of Kagiso Selala and Tuelo Kwadiba, both civilians at Palapye.
