BDF Day pulls large crowd

The Botswana Defence Force (BDF) might be a serious organ mandated with the security of the country, but when it comes to its annual anniversary celebrations; the entertainment displayed by the military men and women will forever be encrypted in the hearts of many.

Every year multitudes descend from all corners of the country for the celebrations, making it one of the biggest in the calendar of the military and the country at large.

This year, the BDF’s 38th anniversary celebrations at the National Stadium on Saturday were no different with many left watching outside on the big screen, as the stadium could not accommodate everyone.
