BCP woos BPP stalwarts

FRANCISTOWN: The Botswana Peoples Party (BPP)'s loss has proven to be Botswana Congress Party (BCP)'s gain.

The BCP northern region office has confirmed that it has lured two BPP bigwigs into their political nest. The BCP northern secretary, Morgan Moseki has revealed  that former BPP secretary for foreign affairs, Motlatsi Mbanga and another ex-central committee member, Lilian Greismar have found their new political home at BCP.

Mbanga was BPP parliamentary candidate for the Tati East constituency.
"Yes, we have successfully recruited the two into our party. They have since been issued with BCP membership cards. The two comrades would play a prominent role and add value to our party," asserted the enthused Moseki. Moseki added that their intention is to make the BCP a party of choice in the northern region.
