Batswapong have no ulterior motives - author

RATHOLO: A member of Lentswe La Batswapong organisation and author of Ngwao Le Ditso Tsa Batswapong book, has said that their campaign to trace the origins of the Tswapong tribe does not mean they harbour any ulterior motives.

Speaking during Batswapong cultural celebrations in Ratholo over the weekend, Galesite Baruti said tracing their origins does not mean that they want to revolt or cause tensions in Botswana.

"We simply want to get to the bottom of everything. We do not intend to enrage anybody because we appreciate that we are all Batswana and we are proud of each other," he said.
