Batlokwa are preparing for President Festus Mogaes farewell tour in their village on February 14.

The Batlokwa have revived the committee which was instrumental in arranging the coronation of Kgosi Puso Gaborone last year, chaired by Elijah Katse. It is a serious challenge because we do not have enough time to make the preparations. We are only left with a few days because the President is expected to bid Batlokwa farewell on the 14th of February. It is a process to run around asking people to make contributions, he said.

He revealed that in two days since they launched the compaign, they have received two goats already adding that they expect more presents as many people have pledged to contribute as they did prior to the coronation of Kgosi Gaborone.
