Batlokwa coronation ready for take-off

With only two weeks to go before the planned coronation ceremony organised for the Batlokwa Paramount Chief, Kgosi Puso Gaborone, the committee responsible for the event has revealed that it has so far raised more than P100,000.

"We have raised more than P100,000 and 22 pledged beasts," said Katse. Along with the cattle he  told Mmegi that the chief has also received two wild animals. "We have received an antelope and a hartebeest," he added.

So far, it is understood that the committee is waiting for food supplies promised by some Gaborone companies.
