In a dramatic turn of events, Bash Carriers, a prominent engineering and construction business that was operating in Botswana, has been exonerated after enduring years of baseless accusations and investigations, as confirmed by the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) following a thorough review in October 2023.

The DIS issued an official declaration clearing Bash Carriers of any wrongdoing, debunking long-standing allegations of corruption that had plagued the company and its directors.

From 2018, Bash Carriers faced relentless campaigns orchestrated by individuals who peddled untruths to the DIS, resulting in false investigations and unwarranted probes that ultimately led to the business's full liquidation in 2022.
