Baroda robbery case resumes

The Bank of Baroda robbery case, which has been on the court roll for over five years, will resume before Gaborone Regional Magistrate Lot Moroka today.

The case failed to resume yesterday because defence lawyer, Duma Boko, was not in attendance.

The state prosecutor, Bafi Nlanda, told the court Boko had informed him that he would not make it to court as he had an urgent application at the High Court and that the matter had not even been allocated a judge, making it difficult for him to estimate when he would be available.
