Bank of Baroda robbery case rescheduled, yet again

A case in which there was an attempt to rob the Fairgrounds branch of Bank of Baroda in 2003 has been rescheduled yet again to allow time for the state to get key foreign nationals witnesses.

The Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) is seeking the Indian nationals to help advance their case as they are the only ones who were present when the robbery took place.

Bafi Nlanda, appearing for the state, told the court that they were unable to get their witnesses into the country in time for the case due to some immigration hiccups that prevented them from travelling to Botswana.
