Bakgatla Royals judgement today

Today the suspended Customary Court of Appeal President, Mothibe Linchwe, Mmusi Kgafela, Bakgatla Kgafela, Chilisi Matlapeng, Segale Linchwe, Sekai Linchwe and Seikanelo Sebola will come face their fate as the outgoing Regional Magistrate Barnabas Nyamadzabo delivers judgment on the case.
Bakgatla royals and their subjects are accused of unlawfully destroying a Mascom telecommunications tower valued at over P1 million in Mochudi. If convicted, the accused are likely to spend sometime behind bars. The case has already cost Mothibe his job as the president of the Customary Court of Appeal and others like Mmusi will not be pleased with a criminal record.
