Bail for Kgafela?

The Bakgatla community will know the fate of their Kgosikgolo, Kgosi Kgafela Kgafela and other tribesmen today when Gaborone Regional Magistrate, Barnabas Nyamazabo, makes a ruling on conditional bail for the accused.

The prosecution team has already made an application that the court grant a conditional bail as floggings continue unabated.

Last week, Nyamadzabo quashed the Bakgatla royals' application for their case to be transferred to Mochudi, saying it could jeopardise the proceedings.
