Awards night for BTCL stars

Seventy-three employees of the Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited (BTCL) were on Friday evening recognised for their commitment to excellence and exceptional performance during the company’s first ever recognition awards held in Gaborone.

The employees were recognised under different behaviour categories from different divisions across the business. In addition, one staff member was honoured with the managing director’s award.

BTCL managing director, Paul Taylor said the purpose of the awards is to provide a framework within which people can recognise team members for exceptional performance, maximising achievement of BTCL’s goals and objectives and promoting the right behaviours.
