Attorney Charged With Spreading HIV

A lawyer at Government enclave is faced with allegations of deliberately infecting her lover and co-employee with HIV/AIDS.

The government attorney is charged with section 184 of the penal code, which prescribes that "any person who unlawfully or negligently does any act which is and believes to be likely to spread the infection of any diseases dangerous to life is guilty of an offence".
