Armed robbery suspect found guilty

Extension II magistrate Abigail Masawi has found a 33-year-old man of Kgosing Ward in Goo-Tau village guilty of armed robbery committed in February last year.

He is Ophaketse Bojalwa, 33, who had denied the charge, but was yesterday found guilty. He will be sentenced on August 17.

Masawi said state prosecutors Nelson Ramaotwana and Onalethata Kumbai had proven their case beyond reasonable doubt.
