Armed robber jailed for 10 years

A Zimbabwean man will spend the next 10 years behind ars for armed robbery after stealing P480

Thembilani Nyoni, 21, and other persons not before court, allegedly forced their way into a house in Tlokweng where they brutally attacked its occupants.

The occupants, Shadrack Sengamanyi and Edson Mark were brutally attacked with a knife and hammer which left Mark with two front teeth missing. Nyoni and his associates further ransacked the house and made away with a cellular phone valued at P150 an emergency travelling document for Roy Kadzviti, Lovemore Gurure, Sengamanyi and Mark.
