Another missing person found dead by Moleps police

Police in Molepolole are investigating a case in which a missing person was found dead at Gakgatla Lands.

The 38-year-old man of Gakgatla Lands - between Molepolole and Thamaga - was reported missing on May 18.
Since then, the police have been searching for him until last Friday when his body was found wrapped with clothes inside a hole.

A resident of Gakgatla told Mmegi that Patrick Ofethile was last seen at a shebeen on the day he was reported missing. He said the deceased was not in good terms with many people at Gakgatla. Before he disappeared, he was alleged to have picked up fights with gangs in the area. Molepolole Police Station Commander, Superintendent Tawana Tawana told Mmegi that they have not arrested any one in connection with the death.
