Alleged fraudster skips bail again

FRANCISTOWN: The idiom a leopard cannot change its spots may be true for an alleged fraud kingpin who is facing charges of forgery, obtaining by false pretences and uttering false documents.

This would be for the second time that the alleged fraudster Dimakatso Nlondiwa, 36, did not appear in court after being granted bail. 

He first skipped bail in 2015 but was captured by the police in Maun last year after being on the run from the law.
