Alarming road carnage in Gaborone West

Gaborone West has been hit by a spate of fatal accidents especially at the Molapo Crossing traffic lights.

According to police statistics, 15 people have died in 11 road fatalities in Gaborone West this year. This exceeds last year’s number, where nine people perished along the same roads.

Earlier this year, a couple passed away on the spot when the Mercedes Benz sedan they were travelling in veered off the road and crashed over a residential perimeter wall after the driver lost control.
