AG's vehicle goes under the hammer

A vehicle belonging to the Attorney General (AG) Chambers will go under the hammer next month to cover the costs of a case involving 113 nursing lecturers from the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS).

In August 2012, Francistown High Court Judge, Gaopalelwe Ketlogetswe, issued a default judgment against the government  ordering that the IHS lecturers be paid overtime allowances within 60 days.
