Accused wants change of magistrate

FRANCISTOWN: A 50-year-old accused lashed out at chief magistrate Kenneth Obeng for allegedly being unfair to him. Nkamogelang Khumo said he would like another magistrate to handle his matter because Obeng seems to have something against him.

 

"Ga ke batle go sekela ha pele ga mothaka yo. (I don't want to be tried by this guy). I have been in prison for eight months and I have not even been tried. Every time I ask for something it gets dismissed," Khumo yelled at the top of his voice.
