Accessing DRTS services is a nightmare

DRTS offices, commonly known as Transport, are always packed. When a Mmegi team visited the offices recently, the lines there were so long and people looked exhausted and had given up all hope of ever getting served.
People have apparently resorted to hiring others to stand in the queue for them while they are busy running other errands. Priscilla Mashabalala, one of the people who were stuck in the line there recently, said that she had to learn other ways of getting services there because she could not leave her job for more than an hour. "I went there in the morning, thinking that I would be early but I ended up having to go to work because I could not be out of the office for too long," she said.
