Ella Kalabeng boasts being the only woman in the fire-fighting industry. Infact, she says she is the first woman in Botswana ever trained in this field. She runs a company that trains the corporate world on fire-risk control today.

Kalabeng's company turns out fire marshals to be at the ready in the event of a fire in the workplace.

Her first job was with a bank. She says companies that do not have people trained in fire-risk often get ripped off by unscrupulous companies in the fire-fighting business.
