A bright and diverse maitisong festival

The 25th annual Maitisong Festival opens tomorrow at Maruapula School with Masila Ngwanaka. Those who missed this show last year at The President's Concert can catch it at the festival.

It will be repeated the following night. All tickets and information are available at the Maitisong office at the school.This year's festival promises to be both entertaining and sophisticated. There is an impressive variety of offerings during the month of April.

The festival extends into next month. One outstanding event, brought by the Alliance Francaise, is Une Rupture starring Fana Tshabala, on May 4. From May 2-11 the DITSHWANELO 12th Annual Human Rights Film Festival will be held.
