Upcoming musician from Thamaga, Tshepo Mokgethi also known as Venasta Flama in music circles, has finally released a debut album intended to curb youth indiscipline in the village.

It is entitled Ke ineetse and the six-track album was recorded at Bullet Music Productions. In an interview with Showbiz, the 26-year-old musician said some of the songs in the album could inspire the youth. “They should listen to Ke ineetse and heed the message,” he said.

Venasta said the song Ke ineetse was composed after the challenges that befell Thamaga village in the past. “The intention was to reach out to the youth so that they could change and live for God,” he said. He said the notorious Matsetsenkane gang was probably unaware of the consequences of their actions. He however said the album was not only meant for the Thamaga youth but it was also geared towards other young people in Botswana.
