Kast’s Tlatsa Lebala campaign has gained momentum with the recent introduction of voting lines for fans to choose their favourite artists. In an interview with Showbiz, Kast said the intention of the voting process is to sell and promote ownership.

“This is Batswana’s event and we want them to contribute and empower other unknown and upcoming artists,” he said.

He said the voting lines are open to every local artist be it unknown, upcoming or established. “If you want someone in the line-up all you have to do is vote. This is open to any artist; we are mostly interested in the upcoming and unknown acts and we look forward to receiving those artists’ name submissions before short listing is carried out,” he said.
