TJ Dema to perform at GIMC week

Acclaimed poet TJ Dema is scheduled to perform at the much-anticipated Gaborone International Music and Culture (GIMC) week, slated for August 27 at Botswanacraft.

TJ will share the stage with Mandisa Mabuthoe, Poet Circle and Motsepe. TJ does not need any introduction as her fame extends beyond Botswana borders.

She has performed in a number of countries and has bagged a number of awards. TJ participated in Lancaster University’s Crossing Borders programme and mentored the all-female team of national champions for the British Council’s seven-country Power in the Voice initiative.
