According to one of the event organisers, Joel Mosimanyana aka Spitz Phoenix, the event will start with the arrival of attendants on Friday for a camp, with other activities set to commence the next day. On Saturday, there will be a Family Fun Day with activities including jumping castles and face painting for children from 12pm until 6pm. Then, the Roots and Culture Festival will commence from 6pm until 6am on Sunday.
