Miss Botswana announces top 30, leaves out sponsors

The announcement was made a few days ago through various platforms such as social media and publications. It had been previously stated that the top 30 and sponsorship deals would be announced at the same time during a media launch that was scheduled for June 30.

“Since we are working closely with the Ministry of Youth Sports and Culture (MYSC), we are planning on having the media launch when honourable Minister Thapelo Olopeng is around so we can unveil the full package of the pageant. We decided to unveil the top 30 finalists since most people were waiting in anticipation to know who made it,” said Bogadi Nwako the pageant’s assistant coordinator.
