‘Le di radio di a duma, di duma duma, Likhona Likhona Likhona’ (loosely translated to: it is all over the radio stations), indeed celebrated Mosakaso star, Charma Gal’s Likhona single was the song of the festive season, writes Arts & Culture reporter, SHARON MATHALA

For the better half of the festive season, one would not walk for a few minutes without hearing the sound of Likhona. There was no radio which did not blast the single. Both in the cities and in the villages, Likhona dominated.

Fresh from her hectic festive season where she was one of the most booked local artists performing at almost every corner of the country, Charma Gal spoke to Arts & Culture as she reflected on how her single kept her fans dancing throughout the festive season.
