Mangiroza has to date won several competitions, which include My African Dream and The Drop. However, he has recently discovered a new venture in fitness, which he has incorporated into his dance routine, and calls it hip hop aerobics.
“I use energetic hip hop moves and fast music, which puts people in the mood to join me,” he said. Mangiroza uses a lot of break dancing combined with jumping and kicking. The hip hop dancer explained that most of his moves aid weight loss and keep the body abs toned. “The dance moves have an effect on the chest and stomach,” he noted. Krump Kid recently displayed his art at Jack’s Gym. “People really enjoyed the session I had with them because it was a new form of exercise which is fun as it includes dance moves they usually see on TV,” he said. He added that many people enjoy hip hop aerobics, while exercising. He further explained that hip hop aerobics are effective on one’s body, especially carried out on a regular basis.
The BDP as a party known to have ample resources has always held its primaries well in time, but this time around that was not the case. The first leg of the primaries was held last weekend, with the final leg being billed for the coming weekend. This time around, the BDP failed to shine in its primary elections.
