The social opportunities will be world-class, inspiring for the newest and next cultural tourism destination,” she explained, adding that the event will also welcome the best chefs, allowing attendees to experience the sound, cuisine and staples of local culture.
Moreover, she stated that the event will also showcase different Batswana ethnic groups’ attire, music, food and dance. Kalaemang said patrons will be required to creatively dress up for the red carpet in traditional attire that represents any Botswana indigenous group to experience the night of glamour and culture. She also said patrons with VIP admission will have the opportunity to taste different types of food from different Batswana indigenous groups while those with standard tickets will get only one dish. Tickets for the event sell for P500 standard and P1,500 VIP.
