Dithubaruba Symposium slated for UB

Introduced last year as one of the activation activities for Dithubaruba Cultural Festival, the annual symposium, will this year take place today (August 24) at the University of Botswana’s (UB) Centre for Continuing Education (CCE/Block 243, Room 4).

The Symposium will have a number of speakers who will enrich attendees’ knowledge of ga-Mokwena history, and Kgosi Sechele I.

“The symposium will be academically focused, and speakers will present on Kgosi Sechele I’s life, as well as the history of his people,” Dithubaruba spokesperson, Tlamelo Letlole said.
