Contestants caught napping on task Songs

Chief judge, Keabetswe ‘Master Dee’ Sesinyi expressed his disappointment at the poor performance and emphasised how important it is for each each contestant to know their song. He urged the contestants to put more effort into their task songs.
Commenting on Boikanyo’s performance, Sesinyi said his song’s chorus was not catchy enough. He did, however, commend him for getting most of the verses right. Kgomotso Tshwenye shared similar sentiments: She said it seemed as though Boikanyo had no interest in the song and was only singing it because he didn’t have a choice.
While it is widely acknowledged that Khama holds the title of Kgosi, the government’s failure to properly gazette his recognition has raised serious concerns about adherence to legal procedures and the credibility of traditional leadership.
