Cassper Nyovest ditches Home Coming

South African music giant, Cassper Nyovest, ditched the 8th Annual Home Coming Concert held on December 24 last year in Mahalapye due to unresolved contractual issues between the rapper and Monate Fela Promotions.

After discarding the Home Coming Concert, Cassper Nyovest went to celebrate his birthday at the 5th Annual Fresh Prince of Maftown festival in Mafikeng.

He later tweeted to clarify he was not coming to Botswana for the Home Coming Concert. “Botswana, it is with regret that I have to tell you that I will not be coming to the show today because of money issues with the promoter. I know but when you don’t honoUr the contract with money there’s nothing I can do. It’s business. I’m also sad, ” read the tweet.
