Refusing to let kwaito fade into the background, 25-year-old Orefile Dlala Gaelebale says he is the change that the music needs at the moment. The Serowe artist says his album, which is due for release end of this month, is exactly what people have been yearning for.

“Ever since groups like T-Joints parted ways, kwaito has slowly been a genre that people feel is dying, we do not have many kwaito artists locally like we used to back in the day.  A lot of them have shifted to house music and this is where I come in.  I believe I am going to make people have faith in kwaito music again,” he says.   Gaelebale says the album is done and ready to hit the shelves. But because he wants only the best for his listeners, he decided to polish it for a better quality release.
